What You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant at Devote Consulting with an OCM speciality, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting projects: Deliver changes in the life sciences industry focused on processes, data, and systems within R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs.
• Business process optimization: (Re)design and improve business workflows for greater efficiency.
• Stakeholder management: Lead planning, change management, and foster inclusion and stakeholder management on all levels
• Driving project success: Ensure project progress and maintain high-quality standards for communication material and OCM strategies

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in business administration, IT, life sciences or equivalent 
• 5+ years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, project manager, change lead or equivalent role in regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for making an impact
• Experience in creating OCM strategies, as well as the execution incl. stakeholder mgnt., training and communication material
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, eSource, CDR, RBM, EDC, QMS, LIMS, etc.) and/or medical devices
  
• Expertise in ADKAR and a certification in OCM like PROSCI is an advantage
