Devote Consulting is expanding its team and is looking for (Senior) Consultants with expertise in generative AI (genAI) implementation, validation, and platform engineering in regulated life sciences environments.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant at Devote Consulting, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting projects: Lead the implementation of generative AI use cases in life sciences and drive AI-driven transformation in R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs
• Business process optimization: (Re)design and enhance workflows by integrating AI solutions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability in regulated environments 
• Stakeholder management: Lead project planning, change management, and delivery of compliance documentation.
• Driving project success: Ensure progress across AI initiatives, maintaining high-quality standards, managing risk-based validation, and ensuring readiness for ongoing advancements in generative AI technologies. 

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in business administration, IT, life sciences or equivalent including technical skills in AI/ML 
• 5+ years of experience experience implementation or platform engineering projects involving AI/ML models or LLM’s 
• 2+ years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, project manager, or equivalent role in regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech 
• Strong background and understanding in V&V of software products and services 
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for making an impact 
• Experience in creating compliance and validation documentation 
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Expertise in Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, eSource, RBM, EDC, QMS, LIMS, etc.) and/or medical devices is an advantage
