What You’ll Do

As a consultant at Devote Consulting, you’ll be engaged in exciting and challenging tasks, including:

• Supporting projects: Drive changes in the life sciences industry through change management and communications excellence
• Contributing to key areas: Work within the realm of medical devices, R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs
• Optimizing business processes: Launch and lead business optimization changes with a focus on boosting adoption
• Managing stakeholders: Take responsibility for stakeholder management, project planning and organizational change

Consultants with a specialty in graphic design work alongside our consultancy teams with developing content for change initiatives including content as videos, illustrations, infographics, interactive training material, communications, project branding and visual identity, web and UI design etc.

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• Educational background: A degree in graphic design or masters degree with adjacent experience and skills in graphic design
• Industry experience: 1-2 years with content development and UI design is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Problem-solving mindset: You are analytical and aim to make a measurable impact through creative 
• Communication skills: Proficiency in English
• Technical skills: Familiarity with advanced content development tools for video, communications and visualizations
• Specialized knowledge: Experience with the life science industry and/or organizational change management is an advantage
